Can I have a pet at Partners Place?

Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed on the property.

Should I have renter's insurance?

Renter's Insurance is not required, but highly recommended. This type of policy covers any damages/loss of your personal property that is located within the unit. Your rental agent could suggest local companies that provide such policies to Partner's Place tenants.

Who do I call if I lose my key or my unit has a water leak of any kind?

As a resident at Partners Place, your first line of contact is the person or company who holds your lease. They should be notified of any problems occurring within your apartment (including "lock-outs") as well as any other matters related to Partners Place. If the Property Manager / Rental Agent cannot directly resolve your concern, they will contact the Community Manager.

Who do I call if my car has been towed?

The sign at the property entrance indicates the phone number of the current towing companies.

Who is the community manager?

Associa/HRW is the managing agent for the Partners Place Condo Association. They work with the homeowners and board to address concerns related to the association’s internal controls and common area maintenance.

As a resident at Partners Place, you may contact Associa/HRW ONLY for Emergency Maintenance issues. Emergency Maintenance Includes:

• Severe Water Leaks (Exterior or Interior)
• Exterior Lighting Outages 
• General Exterior Maintenance Concerns 
• General Safety Issues

For any Emergency that threatens the safety and/or security of any person or property at Partners Place, contact 911 immediately.

Is there security?

Partners Place has off-duty Durham Police Department officers patrol the property on select days and hours. For any Emergency that threatens the safety and/or security of any person or property at Partners Place, contact 911 immediately.
